So "Paddle" let's you know that their stupid rep is super sorry that their merchant messed up, and that they have blind carbon copied this email to the merchant, and the merchant is going to get in touch with you any time. (It definitely isn't Jen or Carl or John, though, just in case you're wondering) Each email is promptly responded to by a person who is *just* coherent and apologetic enough to convince you that even though it is a different rep every email, it's not a bot. They tell you that your password is your email. So, You purchase the software online from imobie, then "Paddle" is who charges you $60 for two emails that do not contain clear installation instructions, and a fake license key. I cannot believe this company hasn't been shut down, and that their fake reviews are still the majority of what you will initially find when doing a quick search.
