This class focuses on extending and lengthening the muscles in your body. Let’s face it – we all could use more core strength! This class focuses on engaging, activating, and building awareness of the core muscles. The 3 Week Yoga Retreat follows the same daily pattern for 3 weeks. As we progress through the workout we will see there will be less and less modification as you get stronger! It is OK to modify, we are all at different fitness levels. There is always a modifier to follow for a modified version of the workout. Yoga Expert Vytas will introduce us to the ways of yoga and teach the fundamentals of the movements and poses.
